3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup soft margarine
Mix together and add 1 egg. Stir in 1/2 cup orange juice.
Add 2 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt and stir it in.
Add by hand 2 cups of blueberries. Fresh are better but frozen will work. Remember to defrost them first.
Grease and flour small tube pan.
Pour in mixture.

Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup margarine
Mix all together and sprinkle over the top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Don’t over bake.
You can double the recipe but don’t double the topping.
